Dugger Elementary believes that students are
entitled to an education commensurate with their
abilities and aspirations. The mission of the
school is to provide all students with an
appropriate education and the opportunity to acquire
basic academic grade level skills. This, we
hope, will help them earn a living, cope with
everyday problems, enjoy their leisure time, and
develop positive emotional and social growth in a
